AEM Ion Exchange Membrane
In the process of AEM electrolysis of water for hydrogen production, AEM membrane undertakes the task of transmitting anion, blocking gas penetration and separating positive and negative poles, which is the key component to determine the performance of AEM electrolyzer.
The AEM membrane produced by Hyproof Technology has excellent chemical and mechanical stability, and can cooperate with non-precious metal catalyst to achieve high conductivity and high current density . It is more efficient because of its better ion transmission capacity.
AEM membrane are usually used with non-platinum catalysts and cheap metal bipolar membranes, which are more cost-effective than the perfluorosulfonate proton exchange membrane used for PEM hydrogen production.
The AEM membrane produced by Hyproof Technology can achieve higher ion conductivity under low alkaline conditions, long service life and low energy consumption, making the hydrogen production process more stable, economical, efficient and easy to market. It can be widely used in fuel cells, hydrogen fuel vehicles and energy storage of power systems, and can also be combined with renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy to achieve high-yield utilization of energy and sustainable development of hydrogen energy.
